I’m 5 weeks in to my second round of NT training with Mike and I love it!! I’m a 2A, and while I’ve gotten bored with other good training programs because they’re repetitive, this one designed for 2As keeps me engaged and challenged. I’m almost 53 so want to continue to build strength, reduce the risk of injury and reduce stress, working with my body not against it and this is what I’ve found with neurotype training and Coach Mike. It’s not just the workout plan either (which changes things up daily in a phase) but it’s learning nuances about how to best incorporate cardio for my type, carbs for my type etc.
On the cusp of menopause, I want to be my healthiest, fittest self and feel that this customized approach will help me get there. Learning more about myself and working according to the way I’m wired has been great and is definitely sustainable!!
